I just love the look of tatting but I am not as ambidextrous as I would like to be so I am practicing with Maria Papia and needle tatting on youtube. I just purchased a shuttle and when I get home I am going to try to make something (anything).
You can now buy T-shirt yarn but if you go onto Youtube, you will find videos that will explain how to cut a t-shirt for yarn. I did it and therefore it isn't difficult. So if you have some old t-shirt shirts or dresses. Get cutting. If not: here are some T-shirt Yarns.
I have found them at Michael's Craft Stores and Pat Catan Craft Stores. I am sure that they are everywhere but what do you do with them? Well, I am glad that you asked. Here are some ideas.
It is sort of cold here in Ohio today. Thinking that it's almost fall and I love Fall. Fall has perfect weather, warm during the day and cool at night. Perfect sleeping weather. I must admit that I would never decorate with the colors orange and brown (the colors of the Brown-Go Browns). But... here are some ideas.
Isn't this great. I want to do a pumpkin tree. Even the planter has a scarecrow on it.
To see more of this tree go to Country Creations by Denise.

Aren't these cute?
I love this but have no pattern. I tried to make my own pattern but I hope that in time someone will publish one. If you hear of one let me know.
I am thinking about making these for Christmas.
Obviously these aren't my creations. Please go to my Pinterest page.

I understand that this sweater is very easy to make, the machinists of the sweater that is. The stitch is another matter. I suggest that you practice this stitch a lot before you tackle the sweater. Just follow this link to Annie's Attic.
