Dishclothes
These cloths are eco friendly, made with Sugar and Creme Cotton. Because of the semi open weave they dry fast not leaving time for it to become sour smell.
Pattern comes from the Big Book of Crochet:
Materials needed
2 1/2 ounces of light/worsted weight yarn or Sugar and Creme Cotton. I prefer cotton instead of yarn.
Chain 30- 34- I don't care for overly large dishcloths so I chained 30.
Row 1- (Right side): Sc in second ch from hook * skip next ch (dc, ch1, dc) in next ch, skip next ch, sc in next ch: repeat from * 8 sc and 7 ch-1 sps if chaining 34- 9 sc and 8 ch-1sps.
Note: Mark Row 1 as right side.
Row 2: Ch 4 (counts as first dc plus ch 1), turn; sc in next ch-1 sp, ch 1, dc, in next sc,* ch 1, sc in next ch-1 sp, ch 1, dc in next sc; repeat from * across: 16 sts-17 st and 16 ch-1 sps.
Row 3: Ch 1, turn; sc in first dc, *(dc, ch 1, dc) in next sc, sc in next dc; repeat from * across 8 sc and 8 ch-1 if chaining 34 just count one more stitch.
Row 4-21: Repeat Rows 2 and 3, 9 times.
Finish off.
You could put an edging around, I like without edging. (this is my first time writing instructions. I am sorry if they are wrong.
Until we meet, again.
