Kate Middleton or what she should be called Duchess Catherine in my opinion is one of the most elegant celebrity I can think of. She has an air about her that is regal. Even in jeans and tennis shoes.

I love the casualness of this outfit. Jeans and a blazer will never go out of style.

She is 5'9" and ways 121lbs or in England they would be around 8 stone. They weigh themselves in stones. A stone is 14lbs.

Oh to be blessed with a face, hair, and body like that but she does work out.

The couple is asking $3,995,000 for the 4-bed, 5-bath Mediterranean Villa and they stand to make a nice profit. Fox, 28, and Green, 40, bought the home in 2009 for $2,942,500, according to Trulia.

The house boast of a 5300 sq ft  but they are running out of room.
